Therapy is offered in weekly or fortnightly sessions in-person in Middlewich or online. I also offer walk and talk sessions (naps laps!) for new mums - contact me for more information.

What happens in the first session?

Initially I offer a free 20-minute consultation to talk through what's been going on for you and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. There is no obligation to continue after this, and I may be able to signpost you to other support.
How long are sessions and how much do they cost?

Is this the right kind of therapy for me?
Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £65 per session.
I also offer concessions for new mums (up to 12 months after birth), students and people on low income.

What is integrative therapy?
There’s no fixed number. It depends on what you want to explore, how you like to work, and what feels helpful for you. Some people come for a short period to focus on a specific issue; others prefer longer‑term work to understand themselves more deeply.
We’ll check in regularly to see how things are feeling and whether you want to continue, pause or bring therapy to a close. You’re never tied in - we work at a pace that feels right for you.
Integrative counselling and psychotherapy brings together ideas and techniques from different therapeutic approaches. Instead of using one fixed model, I tailor the work to you as a whole person - your emotions, thoughts, behaviours, body, relationships and circumstances you live within.
Because no single therapy fits everyone. Integrative counselling recognises that people are complex, and different situations call for different ways of working. It allows therapy to be flexible, responsive and personalised.
It helps you understand what’s limiting you, recognise patterns, and face experiences openly rather than through old expectations or assumptions.
Integrative therapy with me might be a good fit if you want space to explore yourself in depth, understand what’s shaping your feelings and behaviour, and work in a way that adapts as you grow. It may not suit people looking for quick, solution‑focused work.
Therapy can feel messy, confusing and sometimes harder before it gets easier – none of that means you’re doing it wrong.
